That's Me in the Hat on Bravo's Top Chef Masters Tonight

        The American contigent of Top Chef Masters judges - Saveur editor James Oseland, Food and Wine's Gail Simmons and me - and our fearless, whip-cracking leader, Kelly Choi (the voice of "Eat Out New York") are gathering to judge our own performances tonight at the launch of Bravo's new series. What should I drink to make those close-ups really fun to watch? Will I have macaroni on my chin?

        Where will this gathering be? Can you believe we are still trying to get a reservation? The good news is if we get the typical reservationist brush off - nothing available except six or ten p.m....we're in luck. The show goes on at 10. I hope you'll be tuned to Bravo. Treat yourself to a late night snack. Peanut butter or chocolate seems perfect.
